Construction has now started on a 120-room Even Hotels-branded property next to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Montana.

Eres Capital announced the opening of a major Even Hotels brand property in the new mixed-use development of Yellowstone Airport Plaza adjacent to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Eres Capital, who heads the development of Even Hotels – Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, has appointed O’Reilly Hospitality Management to manage the property. The hotel is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

Approximately 70,000 square feet over four floors, the hotel will consist of 120 rooms, as well as amenities such as the restaurant, bar and Cork & Kale market. There will also be lounges, meeting rooms, an indoor pool and an athletics studio, along a courtyard with fire pits.
