ATENOR and Ennismore have announced the signing of TRIBE Warsaw Airport at FORT 7, a sustainable hotel development which will be located in the Włochy district of Warsaw, near Warsaw Chopin Airport. An edited hotel experience, with design-driven spaces, TRIBE focuses on the things that really matter, giving guests everything they need and nothing they don’t. TRIBE offers functional, simple and contemporary spaces for modern travelers to stay, work, relax, sleep and socialize.
Following a joint venture in October 2021 between Accor and Sharan Pasricha, TRIBE is now part of Ennismore, a creative hospitality company with a global collective of entrepreneurial brands and founded by founders with purpose at their heart.
FORT 7, located in Warsaw on James Gordon Bennettt Street, is a modern, multifunctional and sustainable project of more than 200,000 m2. It constitutes a unique neighborhood of approx. 14 ha dominated by the 5.5 ha green and lake zone of Fort Zbarż. The land benefits from the unique proximity of two train stations and bus stops located near the buildings as well as Warsaw Chopin Airport. Through its diversity and diversity of functions, the Fort 7 project is an excellent example of ATENOR’s economic resilience. Moreover, it perfectly integrates the values of the company, with its technologies, its sustainable solutions and its green landscaped parks and terraces, putting the human experience at the forefront without compromising the environment. The first phase includes the 266-room TRIBE hotel operated by Ennismore, and three office buildings are designed by JEMS Architekci. Subsequent phases provide for a mixed-use development providing for commercial, educational, private rental (PRS) and residential uses.
“ATENOR’s sustainable policy for sustainable architecture and construction, and the resulting use of the highest quality standards, allow us to shape the urban landscape of Warsaw and create a new urban district focused on the needs of occupants and residents of Fort 7. We believe that the collaboration with Ennismore will be the basis for creating a unique living and working space by offering a wide variety of services within walking distance of this new upcoming district of Warsaw”, concludes Sven Lemmes Executive Officer, ATENOR ATENOR was advised by Hotel Professionals Sp.
Francois Leclerc, TRIBE Deputy Brand Manager in Ennismore, said: “We are extremely excited to have TRIBE as part of FORT 7, as it is deeply rooted in sustainability, which aligns with TRIBE’s ethos of simplicity, functionality and non-wasteful.
