Hundreds of new jobs are there for the taking in a huge recruitment spurt by the UK’s second busiest airport.

Gatwick Airport has announced around 400 jobs are available, ranging from security guards to customer service and IT roles.

The airport said it was one of its biggest recruitment drives since opening its northern terminal in 1988.

It comes after Heathrow Airport announced its own major recruitment campaign last month.
